We redesigned the official website of Taiwan Mobile, focusing on two key UX strategies: “adding explanations” and “reducing choices.” User interviews revealed that about 80% of users struggled with the old site due to vague function descriptions and excessive options. To resolve this, we streamlined the information architecture, removed unnecessary options, and added contextual explanations with visual guidance for less familiar but important services. Usability testing showed these improvements greatly enhanced navigation fluency and comprehension.We also extended the humanized service experience of physical stores online, offering more personalized content and dynamic guidance, allowing users to feel both cared for and supported.Visually, we applied a clean and streamlined style that blends digital sophistication with a friendly, vibrant tone. The design delivers a clear and refreshing interface, highlights Taiwan Mobile’s drive for digital innovation, and reinforces its customer-centric values, creating a new website that is professional, efficient, and warm.
為台灣大哥大官方網站進行改版。我們在使用者體驗設計中聚焦於「增加解釋」與「減少選擇」兩大策略。透過用戶訪談,我們發現約 80% 使用者在使用舊版網站時,因功能說明模糊或選項過多而無法找到服務。為解決此痛點,我們精煉並重組資訊架構,刪減不必要的選項,並針對使用者較陌生但高度相關的服務,增加以生活情境為出發點的輔助說明與圖像化引導。此改良方案經過易用性測試,顯著提升操作的流暢與理解度。同時,我們將實體門市的人性化服務體驗延伸至線上,提供更貼近個人需求的內容與動態化導引,讓使用者感受到品牌的關懷與專屬感。在視覺設計上,我們採用簡潔俐落的風格,融合科技數位感與親切活力的調性。不僅營造乾淨清爽、易於閱讀的介面體驗,也凸顯台灣大哥大持續推動數位創新的品牌精神,及以客戶為中心的價值定位,打造兼具專業、效率與溫度的全新官方網站。
