Founded in 1976, Sotheby’s International Realty now spans approximately 84 countries, with a team of top global real estate advisors dedicated to curating the finest luxury residences. This redesign of the Taiwan Sotheby’s International Realty website centers on creating a premium, personalized online experience—allowing users to effortlessly explore listings that reflect their lifestyle and aesthetic, and fulfill their vision of home.Our design strategy redefines property categorization. In addition to location-based filters, we’ve introduced diverse lifestyle themes and tags to help users discover homes that align with their ideal way of living. Enhanced visual presentation offers an immersive experience, bringing the space to life through detail and atmosphere. Personalized recommendations, social sharing, and editing features further elevate engagement and exclusivity.Visually, the site reflects the brand’s signature sophistication—using minimalist, neutral typography and color palettes to keep the focus on refined property imagery and convey Sotheby’s sleek, elegant identity.
蘇富比房地產於 1976 年成立,目前遍佈約 84 個國家,由全球頂尖的房地產顧問團隊為客戶尋覓奢華頂級的居所。本次為台灣蘇富比房地產官方網站進行改版,網站體驗的核心目標是讓使用者「隨心探索物件,融合個人生活風格品味,滿足訂製的居住想像」,為使用者帶來專屬且尊榮的線上體驗。在設計策略上,首先我們重新詮釋物件的分類,除了原本依照地點分類,新增多元的生活風格主題與標籤,協助使用者找到最貼近理想生活樣態的物件;同時強化影像的呈現,營造沉浸式探索的感受,讓使用者如同親臨其境,能仔細體驗空間的質感與細節;並根據用戶喜好提供個人化推薦,搭配社群分享與個人化編輯功能,增添互動與專屬感。視覺設計延續品牌的精明與專業,採用極簡、中性的字體與色彩,將焦點留給細緻的物件影像,傳達蘇富比房地產俐落而高雅的品牌氣質。
